Thought I would show the new model I've been working on. He's an Olorotitan! Yay for the Hadrosaurs I'm still fleshing him in, with all the wrinkles and such. His color will be painted as the color key I made shows. Of course I always welcome your comments. Good to be back here for once! Best, Angie

Great news, angie! Although all your other models on shapeways are phantastic I think this is going to be your best one so far.

Angie's back!! The Olorotitan looks magnificent and your coloration is awesome!! Can't wait 'til it's available - will you also offer it in 1:50? The models are even a bit better at that scale (... and go so well in different colours with the Invictas ;D) - especially the smaller parts like fingers or crests. I was always hoping for your 1:50 Para. Anyway - it's great news to see you're still making new models .

Are hadrosaur palms still supposed to face inward? There was talk about it on the forum but so far I haven't seen any new hadrosaur reconstructions done like that.

Are those the smaller ones or the big ones?

Are those the smaller ones or the big ones? I'd like to know the answer to this as well. I would think it'd be the 1/50 figures, as they would be easier to paint.

Oops, I just read the post more closely. It says the gryposo is 5" long which would make it the smaller one probably?? The small one is supposed to be 4.6" and the large one is supposed to be 6.5" according to the shapeways site. Is that accurate?

Maybe Angie can clear it up ?

you guys are so awesome! Thank you for all your comments:) Yeah, I'm going to be making new models one after the other now. Work has kept me so busy over the last year I unfortunately neglected my own dinos, but now I have some time to make some stuff. Plus, I learned so much at work (thanks to David!) that my skill level has improved so the Para and Brachy will actually be retired and redone. Better. The pronation (or not) of the hadrosaur hands I haven't figured out yet. It will be easy to rotate them to pronate back and I can do that at the end. I've been researching it as best I can. Anything you guys ever see or want to correct just let me know. I'm really striving to do better and better. Shapeways swings wildly on price and it can get very expensive very fast, I am going to try the larger pieces, hollow them out and see what kind of price I get back. But I've gotten a lot of people who would like the 1/40-1/50 range so I will try. Anything in particular you guys want? I'm crazy over Hadrosaurs...obviously:) So I'm going to finish the Olorotitan, redo Para (male and female), Lambeosaurus and then try maybe some stegs. I am almost crazy to try and do those as Shapeways make freak over them, lol! But I like stegs so will try them. Look at those paint ups Martin did! How cool is that? They are wonderful!!! I love the bases for them (now I'm going to try and build some for David's I have coming in). I think they are the smaller ones that he has. And I've seen some of what you guys have been doing with them. Really, it makes me very happy to see people who love them and paint them so nicely. It makes me feel good! I have no idea how he modified that Brachy! Wow. Again, you guys are the best. I'm happy I dropped by again. I like hanging out here when I can and seeing what you guys are up to. One thing I learned here is to never get in an Ebay bidding war with you guys, lol!! Thanks again guys for all your encouragement and support:) My best, Angie

Nice work Angie! If I ever have the spare cash I'll probably get one of your hadrosaurs. I'd love to see the classic rearing Barosaurus vs. Allosaurus scene. Since I've lived near New York City for most of my life and have been to AMNH many times, this scene holds a special place in my heart.

These are seriously fantastic, Angie! I love them all! Is there any chance on possibly attempting to make them in 1/144 scale too, to go with David's? That'd be epic! ;D
