Okay, a new thread just for the 2012 Safari figures. The 2012 new figures thread is so long now ;D

I haven't measured mine specifically yet, but I'd say the Cerato and Vaga are close to 1:40 (Cerato a little too small, Vaga a little too big?). The Acro is more like 1:45 or 50 and the Dracorex is probably in the 1:10 to 1:5 range.
