Hey, guys. You might wanna check this out. It seems like Fisher Price is, either intentionally or inadvertently, re-introducing the Dino-Riders concept among children. I am honestly tempted to pick one up lool. Anyway, it's called the Mega T-Rex from the Imaginext collection.

This is the second generation of Imaginext dinosaur. If the first one, which looked better made (and still had people riders) didn't inspire Mattel, this one sure won't.

I don't know. As huge a Dino Riders fan as I am, these toys just don't do it for me. It's time for Mattel to step up and give us what we've been waiting for. Perhaps the success of the He-Man and Thundercats revivals will pave the way.

Oh dear that looks disappointing indeed, let's hope Hasbro or Mattel can do a much better job, how ever I'd prefer Hasbro over Mattel, since their Star-Wars Line is very well made.

I think I'm partial to Mattel these days since they have done a great job with Ghostbusters and He-Man, etc. Hasbro did a decent job with Jurassic Park (although not as good as Kenner, in my opinion). Any company will do really but I think it is a Mattel decision.
