Want to include a pic in your message?
First you need to upload your pic onto the web, there are plenty of free image hosts. I think Photobucket.com is the one of choice around here.
To include the image in your message, click the picture tag (2nd row, 4th from the left).
This will place two bracketed pieces of code into the message.
Paste the URL of the image between the two bracketed pieces of code.
let us know if you have trouble

Gd idea but not everyone would like to upload their photo on the web right???
So i come a cross one of the forum each individuel member are allow to have thier so call picture gallery and the member can upload from the gallery in the forum instead ffom somewhere else.
Hope that you can take my suggestion into consideration.

what is the url you are using?
it should end in .jpg or some other image file name.
