WOW! Finally a sauropod from Papo!! I know about the anatomical inaccuracies, BUT, the standard Papo details are extremely well done on this figure. (They MUST have a different sculptor for their marine reptile line! ) I just hope this Brachi is BIG! I want it to tower over the Spino and T. rexes. Well, if the Spino and original T. rex sells for $19.99 each (at least at TGFToys), and if they made the new Brachi close to their same scale, I wouldn't mind if they charged $39.99. Seems like it would be a reasonable price if they made him big. Like I had mentioned before, Papo's prices, especially for all their extreme attention to details, really are usually pretty decent, especially for their larger figures.
I'm probably going to skip the two baby Mammoths. I don't own any mammals from Papo yet anyway. But, I will probably get their two baby T. rexes. Now, I'm also confused about the new big T. rex's color. When Christophe posted all those pics of his new one, his was brown. But, in the Facebook and Papo pdf file, he's green. It would make sense if they make the new running Rex green since the new repaint of the original is now brown. And the two green and brown baby Rexes seem to reflect the two adult green and brown Rexes as seen in the pdf file pic. Don't know what exactly to think. Guess I'll know for sure when they're out here in the States.

I think i'll not get those baby mammoths (i already have an helluva lot of hairy elephants in my collection) but...
... I'll DEFINITELY get the Papo Brachio (as others have said, it's better than the Schleich and Carnegie ones, no offense to them), along with the repaint of their first Rex (as i said, i already repainted one of my Papo Rexes that way but, heck, they did a better job than me, plus, i can consider my brown Rex the female in TLW while THEIR brown one the female in JP ), of course their new gnarly Rex (both green and brown, hopefully), and the two variants of the baby Rex.
THEN.
I'll get a FRIGGIN' third new Papo Rex and baby respectively and i'll customize 'em, adding protofeathers, adjusting the arms of the bigger one and repainting her to match the appearance of the character of my JP fanfiction (Jane, a sub-adult Rex living on Nublar, partially inspired by the young Rex of the glorious Kenner toy line )... Oh, and finally i'll buy that grinnin' Mosasaurus

Hi sbell, This is Russian (but I do not know it) however you can highlight what interests you and translate it with google http://www.google.com/language_tools however, it says the species name and date of arrival in Russia (I think. as some have already come out in France and arrive in Russia in March). I hope I was useful to check out ...

It looks like the new T Rex will come in both green and brown. I definitely will be getting the baby T (It's a cute lizardy fella) and I like the baby crocodile/alligator. The fat witch on the broom is funny and wrong. I might like the Brachi and the new T rex, but I will wait to see them in person.
This will be a fun year. First thing I look forward to getting is the Collecta dead Trike.

Does anyone know when will these guys be on sail in Paris? I'm getting all of them immidiately. I think Papo is just the best prehistoric model making company ever!!! I think I won't get the mammoths. The big one is pretty lame too. Any of you remeber the Carnegie mammoth? That's the mammoth that you should add to your collection.

The new Carnegie Brachiosaurus looks to be better. Unless you were referring to the original in which case, yes, the Papo is superior...
I'm not sure. It looks, again, rather retrograde but is easily the best out of their 2012 figures, and the detail is as stunning as always. I would like to know how big it is.

No, no, i was referring to the NEW Carnegie Brachio
IMHO, of course
First of all, the Carnegie one hasn't the best paintjob (their first one was waaaaaaay better and closer to what good ol' Brachio colors were), plus it looks a lil' too much stiff and static to me, while the Papo one, even if less accurate (the hands!!) is more life-like...

...Say what!?! Can I borrow your TARDIS?
The new Papo one is nice, but the new Carnegie wins hands down for me (and not just because of its hands). Far more elegant, not to mention accurate. And I like the colours! Perhaps some animals were too big for camouflage - not to mention that nonavian dinosaurs almost certainly had excellent colour vision.

So Papo did make a Brachio! It's very nice, but I only have room for one more sauropod, and that spot's reserved for the new Carnegie. The rex repaints and babies don't thrill me. They're cool looking critters no doubt, but I'm still going to pass on them. The baby mammoths look like something out of a gumball machine.
Overall, I feel 2012 is going to be a pretty good year (assuming the world doesn't end ). All companies exceded this years efforts, with only Safari perhaps making a lateral move. We just won't mention Mojo.

I would think you would be wise to leave Schleich aside on this list as well.
