What has been seen..

This piece had several inspirations in the end Jurassic Park, A Sound of Thunder and all those old SciFi books and magazines that featured our favorite prehistoric creatures.

I really started this by wanting to do blood in the water in an image...no seriously. The Dinosaurs were just my preferences and the girl was an after thought almost. I have no idea why she is there or what she is doing in such a place..though I can imagine..and that's what you will have to do as well. ;D

Nice work. The latest one conjures a lot of memories of all those dino novels I read when younger (reading those stereotypical teen drama novels got boring after the first few).

That sounds like quite the collection! I remember the hardest part about reading dino fiction was finding it in the first place. There are only so many Jurassic Parks out there... Perhaps someone should create a virtual library of sorts for this type of thing.

Really cool. I like the little touches you put in there like the flies.

Thanks ! I'm big any details I can add..if I thought they could be seen there would probably be maggots in there as well. You can see the pterosaurs are taking advantage of them..and a sneaky croc is waiting to take advantage of them... lol or maybe just a gobbet thrown in his direction.. ;)

The closest I've seen are lists made up and maybe some summaries made on a few sites. I used to pick up any book with a dino on the cover..sometimes that worked out..sometimes not.. lol

I did the same once. The book turned out to be about some moody teenaged girl. ::)

I think I might have read that one too...once I get started I just keep reading hoping it will pick..usually in those cases it never does. :(

Too Curious to See

A group of Compsognathus aka Compies are poking around the remains of the workers village in Isla Sorna. Just following their own curiosity they are oblivious to danger they are in.

Not exactly invisible..they are more like highly advanced chameleons able to replicate detail..and chainlink fencing was specifically mentioned. They are actually on this side and not the other..so easily able to nab a curious little dinosaur.. ;D

If the Carnos were on the Compys' side, wouldn't you see the outlines of their tails? But overall, very nice drawing. The little map is a nice touch.

Master of the Aviary

A Quetzalcoatlus also known as Firebeak to the JP toy collectors..swoops in to snag a Pteranodon for lunch. It's the way of things..smaller pterosaurs eat people and young dinosaurs that pass through...Firebeak eats them.
