This thread intends to introduce "freaky" books. "Freaky" in terms of curiousity, price a.s.o.
IŽd like to start with two real curiousities:
http://www.amazon.de/Dinosaur-Sculpting-....077235 &sr=1-14
The value of this book that is probably quite interesting for some of us.
And, this is my personal highlight, the value of this book (English version Tyrannosaurus Drip is not that valuable):
http://www.amazon.de/Tyrannosaurus-Kleck....31077607&sr=8-1
The great thing is: I have got the German version! And tonight I found out about its value! My sister gave it to me for my 31st birthday, and IŽm quite stunned by the rareness it has evolved! Wow!
Did anyone of you make similar experience?

Interesting. Although I don't at all trust amazon "values". I have noticed that amazon sellers frequently ask outrageously inflated prices for products when they don't think it can be bought anywhere else. On ebay, the only books that seem to go for hundreds of dollars are the rare antiques that also have a lot of historical significance.

Yeah, but I like Amazon. Its where I tracked down a copy of The World of Kong. On ebay, the went for over 20 bucks, and I got it for 15 on amazon.
