Overal I love it..and I'm def in for an exclusive this time around...the only down size I think is the size. 26" makes it pretty much 1/40 or at least the Allosaurs are..the Carnegie Allo is 12" so I figure are pretty much the same size.

Besides anything remotely Dinosaur related ?
I'll be getting both the new Dragons if possible...the Blue Crab and Red Eared Slider might be good..are they 1:1 ?
What's up with the Green Moray ? Safari already has a WS one and a larger more impressive Green. Did they just add it again by mistake ?

What's the their new fantasy and those pirate mutant full lineups ? Wouldn't mind knowing how big the mutants and the Griffin and Oriental Dragon are either...

Gold Two-headed Dragon. That's all the new figures in their fantasy line. I don't have any dimensions for the Papo figures yet, sorry.

Ah, figures...Papo has repainted that dragon in Red once already and now in Gold...I have the orig Green version..heh heh
I'm betting the oriental Dragon is about the same size as the 2 headed.. I would buy it if you order them...and I htink my bud here wants the Griffin and Rider.
I'd have to find out how big the Pirate Mutants are first to see if they would go with my other figures.

And remember the repainted Velociraptor? I think it's actually planned as a replacement for the original. So if anyone wants the original version, now might be a good time to get 'em.

Did Camara not have horse-shoe feet?

Did Camara not have horse-shoe feet? It did along with the majority of the sauropods. That pad at the back of the foot shouldn't be there, but it looks like a really cool sculpture otherwise.

Hmm, I'm surprised they shaped the feet that way then. I thought it was a mistake mostly made by toy companies. For $300, you'd think they would have bothered to get it right. Its not like that sort of info is any kind of big secret anymore.. Battat got it right and that was 16 years ago!

Yep, for that price you'd think they'd get every last detail right, especially since the upcoming safari sauropods have correctly shaped feet. The allosaurs look flawless though!

According to our good friend Scar on the SF forum they are accurate. And Dan found this neat trackway to also compare to :

Ok, we get that the fingers are supposed to be vertical columns and all, but I read somewhere that sauropods didn't have that large "pad" behind the foot that made the entire foot in a circle shape. And looking at the trackway, it does look as though the front foot would be in more of a horseshoe shape than a round shape.

"In terms of the horseshoe shape, the prints of sauropods are more semicircles than true horseshoes, "
But the feet on that statue aren't even semicircles. They look like full circles.
