Sbell's image for the Ebay thread: This is a nice set - In the UK, these figures were originally released together with a sticker album in the early 90s. Each set of stickers came with a surprise figure. I have the whole set, some doubles too I think. The same set was released again in a harder uglier plastic and slightly smaller in size, as part of an ELC set, I think the latter are Mech?. So be careful not to mistake these Mechs for the originals. For example - here is the original plesiosaur (right) and two smaller versions: I notice that you don't have the plesiosaur Sbell. Also, The Dimetrodon was not in the original set, look closely and you will notice it is slightly different quality.

Are these rubbery or hard plastic? I have a bunch of these that I bought loose in a bin at a party store a few years ago. The only additional one i know if off the top of my head is a woolly rhino. Mine are rubbery, almost like erasers.

I'm not sure which ones are officially Mech, but I'm prettu sure the larger rubbery ones came first... I could be wrong though. You are right about the Rhino, there is also a mosasaur (Tylosaurus I think - with the jagged sail) EDIT- and a Bachiosaurus

By the way, the Kentrosaurus is actually a Polacanthus I think.

There was a woolly rhino? I don't think I've seen that before.

Actually, I have the full set; these are the extras I have that I am willing to part with. And as you mentioned, I collected these back in 1995 with a sticker book collection (still have the book, and am missing a substantial number of stickers). The only one I never found and bought separately was the Cynognathus, which I found in a store 10 years later. And for those who are wondering, here is a rundown of the entire collection, as well as their colour (I haven't recorded their numbers in my database). If you see a name after the colour, it's because I renamed it. "ANKYLOSAURUS" "purple" "APATOSAURUS" "orange ""Brontosaurus""" "brachiosaurus" "LT BROWN" "camptosaurus" "green" "corythosaurus" "LT BROWN" "cynognathus" "green" "diatryma" "purple" "dimetrodon" "green" "elasmosaurus" "purple" "EUSMILUS" "LT BROWN ""SMILODON""" "ichthyosaurus" "purple" "iguanodon" "green" "kentrosaurus" "green" "mammoth, woolly" "brown" "moropus" "orange" "palaeoscincus" "orange" "parasaurolophus" "orange" "protoceratops" "LT BROWN" "pteranodon" "green" "rhino, woolly" "BROWN" "stegosaurus" "purple" "triceratops" "lt BROWN" "tylosaurus" "purple" "tyrannosaurus" "orange"

Oh yes! I forgot about the Camptosaurus and Cynognathus - how could I!?
The sticker album came with a cardboard display stand - did you have that too?

By the way, the Kentrosaurus is actually a Polacanthus I think. Well, an out of date one. I've got one, somewhere, think my parents found it somewhere, cos I never bought it...

I'm afraid I didn't have the stand; never even completed the set of sticker or dinos (I only completed that when I stumbled upon some for sale in a museum)! Mainly because they vanished in my city soon after I discovered them.

The funny thing is, my boy gets a kick out of the Sticker book, and as I thumb through it, there it was--a picture of "Polacanthus" that looks exactly like the Mech Kentrosaurus figure (and no, it doesn't look much at all like the WwD or Procon versions)!

Where does it say that the figure is a Kentrosaurus?
I've always regarded the figure as Polacanthus - it has the spikes over the back, shield over the hips, and triangular spikes on the tail. The spikes on Kentrosaurus are sort of opposite, with the long ones on the tail and short ones on the back.

The spikes on Kentrosaurus are sort of opposite, with the long ones on the tail and short ones on the back: I sketched one way back... Well, I looked, and the belly does indeed say 'Polacanthus' so I have no idea why I said Kentrosaurus. Seeing as it looks nothing like Kentrosaurus and all.

I finally found the original Tylosaurus! It only cost the equivalent of 0.30 USD
