I used to have the right-hand member of the Brachiosaurus herd....thought it was pretty obscure at the time...
Very nice photos by the way. I'm a huge fan of the dumbfounded goggle-eyed Diplodocus in particular.

Was wondering when you were going to make another one of these. I would like to see marine hadrosaurs.

Thank you! I wonder why so many chinasaurs are made old school style... It's probably cheaper that way! No feathers, easy tripod moulds... Like the dioramas by the way, I'm glad you made some more.

Sorry your information is outdated. Yes for many decades paleontologist thought that Hypsilophodon's long fingers and toes enabled it to live in trees. But this was based on an incorrect reconstruction of it's hind foot, which suggested it could grasp and perch. It is now recognized as a ground dweller with a conventional ornithopod foot. Hadrosaurs and Iguanodontids are also closely related ornithopods and they can't climb trees either. ;D You're kind of missing the point of this thread, you know.

Ajax made these back in the 50's I think, and then tootsie toy made copies of them. Those are the copies. I also have a horribly deformed triceratops and saber toothed tiger.

OMYGOD I have that same Stegosaurus! Is yours yellow with orangey spikes? I have two, one my grandma found on the side of the road. He had been run over. His paint is terribly scuffed. Yes, I run a recovery centre for dinosaur toys.

Mine's an Ajax figure, straight orange plastic and that's it with no paint. I digitally added eyes to make it look more realistic.
The one you have is a common knockoff (I have one - it was one of my first dinosaur toys!).

Rex vs Stegosaurus! (zomg taht nevur cuold hvæ happind!) It's straight out of Fantasia! Was it an Allo in fantasia though (despite the fact that there were still plenty of cretacious dinosaurs and a dimetrodon). Either that or it was a rex with 3 fingers (which I do not say sarcastically I really wouldn't put it past disney at that time).
