Another Must-Have from Faunacasts! This one will look great alongside the Invicta Krono; they both have that look of effortless elegance about them.

Thanks Blade, Radman- Invictas are still my favorite museum line of prehistoric toys. I used to have the whole set of unpainted ones, including the whale, which I never understood why there was a whale in with the prehistorics back when I got them when they came out. Someday I hope to get some of them again.

Yes Boki, you preordered one of these, and there is one all done with your name on it which will be swimming out to you- I really appreciate your patronage Boki, you have been one of my biggest patrons and have put up with my lousy customer service-lol- in fact I think offhand that you are probably the second most complete collector of my figures-Stoneage may be tied with you- Radman is third I think ,maybe Carlos(Tomhet)- I know that Bucketfoot-Al is easily the most complete as he has every figure issued and has preordered all the finished sculpts as soon as I finish sculpting them, even though I havent gotten around to taking photos of painted pieces yet for these new ones- I know I am very very slow to get out stuff to people, and although I have lost many collectors' repeat business because of this, there is a core group of collectors who know that I eventually do get their stuff to them, and are patient enough with me to order and sit back and wait (sometimes too long I know)and it is this core group that make continuing with these figures at all possible-

Having too many large things must partially account for having too much on your plate, Chris. ;D Minis are the way forward! ;D

Ah , thanks for reminding me of my order! I got confused! I'm excited, can't wait to see finish photos of your latest ones. And more exciting is the thought of them making their migration to my menagerie! ;D You know, personally, I would rather show my support to artist like you, instead of say spending my $ on a Sideshow piece ( I can go on vacation to Hawaii for that amount of $ ). As an artist, I appreciate it when people support my work. I feel lucky to have been able to acquire as many of your pieces, they are truly one of a kind and a true labor of love. They also have a sentimental value, not something you can say about a mass-produced models. Despite the number of figures I have in my collection, my Faunal Cast models claims the top display spot on my shelf in my living room. Not even my Kinto desktop models have that privilege. I'm just glad that you are back to producing more models, I want to show my support as much as I can. And, most important, I learned a long time ago to be patient. I know that however long it takes, all the wait is worth it when they finally show up on my doorstep. You always follow through no matter what. keep up the great work! Next on my list is that awesome Spinosaur! Boki

I swear no scurrilous implication was at all intended! I was just quoting directly from you about the 'plate', but was honestly thinking only of dinosaur models, eek! Ah, the internets...

I know that however long it takes, all the wait is worth it when they finally show up on my doorstep. You always follow through no matter what. Boki Hear, hear, Boki, my sentiments exactly. Malcolm's models are wonderful, and his style, to me at least, is quickly recognisable. While not perhaps as fanatically anatomically detailed as some other artists out there, remember with Mac's models you are getting a fully-painted model by a professional artist, for usually less than the cost of a similar unpainted resin you may have to assemble. They're really quite a bargain, IMHO. Yes, there have been long wait times, but that makes eventually getting your model all the sweeter. Because you will eventually get it. Thanks, Malcolm, and keep up the good work, and it's also cool how you take suggestions from forum members for models and modifications to them. I highly recommend all forum members to take advantage, and get at least one or two of these guys and keep Malcolm and Faunacasts in business for a long time! Lastly, while all of Mac's pieces have something to recommend them, my favorites are: (in no particular order) Dilophosaurus, Tylosaurus, Indricotherium and Parasaurolophus. Please make some hypsilophodons and ornithomimids at some point too!
