So great to see you decided to make a thread especially for these! No.9 Cheirotonus jambar - Yanbaru long-armed scarab beetle (?) Yes, that's about it. Currently I'm not sure if Ya nbaru or Ya mbaru is the correct spelling though, I've read both.

You know you're not quite innocent of the hole these 'Monuments' burned in my wallet ;D. ;D The Raccoon Dog is another figure I was thinking of buying, it may still be available on ebay. It's also funny to see that quite a few Japanese animals also occur in Germany - including this one.

Hello, im pretty sure that no. 50 is a 'Ryukyu black-breasted leaf turtle' Geoemyda japonica, it is definitely on the list of National Natural Monuments of Japan
