Hi all 
It has been quite some time that I was posting Dino based things here, however Fossils and Minerals also can be posted here as well right?
Well this year I traveled a lot which might explain my absence also the odd illness I have, Sarcoidosis, which kept me at bay at times.
Here is something I always wanted to show you guys a massive Amethyst I bought in a Mineral ship near a big cave in the Tarn area in France, they said it was found in that area of France, however that was hard for me to tell, so I kinda stuck to that theory, on how old it is? I truly have no idea maybe a few hundred million years old, let's say 280 million years old? I truly have no idea.
Here are the pics I made of it when I was at the campsite, just to compare it's large size with my camping table
