i almost bought this for Christmas for myself, but i have the trilogy on DVD and cant shell out $100 on Blueray versions just to get this sure to be "collectors treasure 10 years from now", So I hope someone sells this separately on Amazon however.

I have it. It's not as bad as it looks, though the Rex's head sculpt is definitely off. The gate and stuff around it is pretty detailed though. It's a fun piece, but nothing overly exciting.

I am more interested in the quality of the DVDs. Some people said, that the quality of the films in this trilogy box is very bad sometimes(pictures, sound etc...) What JP films have the best picture and sound quality?

I have it, I bought the JP Trilogy Blu-ray set and a Blu-ray player specifically to get that statue! (I also have the JP Trilogy on VHS & DVD)

What JP films have the best picture and sound quality? This isn't for a DVD release, but Blu-Ray. I've heard that while the DVD transfer of JP isn't great (having recently seen it in the cinema, and owning the DVDs myself, I can attest to that), but the Blu-Ray transfer is very good.
