Some pics from when I went to The Children's Museum in Indianapolis. One of the newer areas in it is called, DINOSPHERE: Now You're In Their World! Alamosaurus mother and babies breaking out! Main room display... Kelsey the Triceratops and Stan the T-Rex... Bucky the teenage T-Rex in the back with Kelsey and Stan in the foreground... Hypacrosaur family... Gorgosaurus... Maiasaura attacked by Gorgosaurus! Sarcosuchus... And "Baby Louie" the little Oviraptor hatchling still in it's egg... They have many others too! It's a great little museum (actually the site says it's the largest children's museum in the world!). Anytime you're in Indy, I'd recommend visiting it. Here's their online site, if you'd like to check it out. www.childrensmuseum.org/themuseum/dinosphere/index.html

The dinosaur 'breaking out' of the museum is a really great idea - and very well done! Really like it! Thanks for sharing.

Cool museum, huh guys?! Did you check out the link to their site? Much more info there!
I grew up in Indiana. I went to this museum a few years ago, when I was back visiting at Christmas time. Now I live in the NYC area, for the past 20 years, and have the great Natural History Museum. Not a bad exchange! ;D

Spent 2 days at the museum, went to the top of the empire state building, ice skated in central park, etc. I have pics.....

Cool, Tyrannax! Next time you're out this way, you'll have to give me a shout! I will! It was awfully cold though....awfully cold. I'm not used to that snowy weather. In fact, never in my life has it snowed in Texas. ;D No matter, I prefer warmth. Maybe I can upload some pictures?

Hey, definitely post some pics. Especially would love to see what you caught in the museum! And, I know what you mean about the cold here. Ugh! Although I grew up in northern Indiana (it gets even colder there), I lived in LA for a couple years before moving to NYC. I guess my blood thinned out living there, cause I hate the extreme cold more than ever! BTW, I noticed you altered your name and siggy. What should we call you now? Just TR?? And, I'm kicking myself for still not seeing Wall-E!

And, I'm kicking myself for still not seeing Wall-E! Actually the museum had little to nothing. I just bought a T-Rex shirt. I loved it up there, it was so nice. But my God I couldn't stand walking in the cold to the subway. I really couldn't. I was shivering so bad I had to wear 2 jackets. ;D Yeah I did, I was getting sick of the same ol' stuff I had on here for months. Don't you love the EVE pic in my sig? Awesome isn't it? Wall-E is now my second/first favorite movie. It rivals Jurassic Park. I REALLY liked that movie. I even bought it the day after I watched it....now only if I could get a hold of the ps3 game....
