How can I compare this nice feathered raptor to the genetically modified animal you ask,Tyrannax? It's simple! They both love to cuddle! The genetically engineered one does sometimes get "cuddling" confused with "breaking someone's neck",though ;D

Oh, come now. You are obviously unfamiliar with the love bite.

Dan's right guys. Look at the statistics. Only 8/10 people die from the love bite. Heck, the 2/10 are only seriously wounded.

It's funny how a thread about art ends up including broken necks from rough love bites ;D This man was part of the unlucky 8 out of 10 people. ;D

Indeed. I find it amazing that we can drift so far.

Indeed. I find it amazing that we can drift so far. And that keeps things interesting

People will think I'm sick, because I'm going to be laughing whenever I see that scene in JP3 from now on. Thanks so much.

Haven't checked in a while, some great work. I love your poses, both graceful and active

I havent' drawn many stegos or ceratopsians for a very long time, since high school I think! dan - I'd be happy to do some herbivores for you in trade again! in other news, here's a rex I just sketched up:

If only I had a nickel for every time some gal's given me the "I haven't done this since high school" line.
I'm not sure I want to make a specific request just yet. I was thinking about something that might be visually interesting - like perhaps a pair of stegosaurs navigating through a herd of titanosaurs. Complicated, perhaps, but I would make it worth your while. Anyone else have suggestions?

Anyone else have suggestions? that may work out well, I feel confident I could pull it off. in other news, here's another sketch I did. this one is of two Utahraptors attacking an Astrodon... so it's pretty gory, but it's still a sketch so all you see are lines instead of bloody wounds I'll give a link instead of a direct picture just in case though. img40.imageshack.us/img40/3400/plaguesageattackzorzsma.png

Jeez, that is awesome! Are the wounds going to have blood gushing out, or will they be more like clean lacerations? I would so buy that thing. I wish I was rich.

^ the wounds that the claws are making as you see it will just be open cuts. the gashes everywhere else will be gushing. but I don't know how Ash is going to colour it, we'll see. I might just finish this one myself, too. I like it a lot XD

It's an outstanding piece full of contour and movement. It begs to be finished by the original artist.
