i did now my third order from cm studios. i got my last orders after 2-3 months. complete. sometimes i get no answer to my questions but then i write and ask again. so, they are a bit slowly but in all i`m satisfied. the best experiences i also did with shane, sean cooper (paleocraft) and davis silva (creative beast). galileo (geenemodels) send often not completely (he later includes the stuff next order) and sometimes a bit slow. Jon Rader needs often a lot of time to ship but he put gifts inside so that i`m always very satisfied. so, with the most paleosculptor`s i`m satiesfied. the only riddle is keith strasser, i got only one answer from him. i never ordered by him.....pitty.

Ataraxus, I'm sorry that you have had bad experiences with my customer service. I realize that I have been flakey recently, and that's why (as John mentioned) I am seeking other means to get kits produced and shipped, rather than attempting to do all of it myself (as I have done with most of my kits). I'm nearing completion of my Master's degree, and between teaching and my research work, I amon campus something like 90 hours per week.... which as you might imagine, limits the amount of time that I have for anything else. So, please accept my apologies, and send me a PM or an email and I will do what I can to make sure that you are compensated for your patience with me! Cheers, Jon i know your "problems" and i understand and accept this, but sometimes i`m still impatient. i like the feeling to hold scaly resin in my hands
