I remember Baluchitherium...it became Indricotherium, and now I hear it's called Paraceratherium now.No matter really, since when these animals were alive they didn't HAVE a name anyway

For some reason,I can picture a nice old-school dull greyish color for this one.I guess I'm thinking of rhinos and elephants.

Yes, that seems to me to be the way to go with this one as well- I don't think an animal this big would have much in the way of patterns- todays big mammals seem to be dull- i was thinking of lighter gray body with darker grey charcoal on face, mouth/lips

In India some elephants have patterns on the face, trunk or ears. I don't know if it could help for the Indri, but it would be a very good way to dress a deinotherium. I know, Malcolm, you never speak about a deinotherium but you were speaking elswhere that you will produce more mammals soon... I saw the 200$ deino on eBay. Now let me dream of a real Fauna cast deinotherium.

Now let me dream of a real Fauna cast deinotherium. I have made two full size mammoth reconstructions for museums(one was a diorama showing a band of paleo hunters butchering a mammoth carcass), and also did a 2/3 scale Platybelodon- needless to say I will be doing more than a few of these elephantine animals for this line- Mammoth, Mastodon, Platybelodon, Deinotherium are all planned- I love elephants and would of course love to do these-

Beautiful sculpt(we knew that), and I like the dark coloration on the ears, but I'm not digging on the white - reminds me of a polar bear, and this thing isn't furry.

I agree that the colour is hard to make out, but it looks like that may be due to lighting. The sculpt and pose is amazing.
Have you sent my parcel yet? I think I may need something else...PM me.

Its the lighting- too bright- that makes it look like that- the coloring is actually pretty close to the gray of the deinotherium pictured right above the photos of the indri- it was painted a rhino gray color with hints of very light brown, with a lighter gray drybrushing over these- can't make out this subtle coloring in the photos- will have to take better ones was in a hurry late last night-

That makes more sense - light grey sounds perfect for an Indri.
It really is a fantastic pose.

Not sure it would cost effective..but final shots...maybe you get a pro to take some pics ? You could also use them in your future ads...that way everyone could see the details you spend so much putting into them right ?
