I updated the image with a larger font and the missing names. I double-checked all the new names to make sure they matched up with the sega webpage, they were all spot-on except the Isisaurus.. it took me awhile but i finally translated it as a Titanosaurus. Thanks everyone

DT 1-6 are "Dino Tech" dinosaurs, if I transliterated the Japanese characters correctly.

Come to think of it, the Pokemon carnotaurus above (no. 9) actually looks better than the Carnegie and Toyway/NHM carnotauruses, and No. 11 is resembles the real spinosaurus more than the 'museum' quality figures of Carnegie and Schleich do ;D

The achelousaurus, pachyrhinosaurus, and titanosaurus are now available on Yahoo Japan. Not on this side of the Pacific, alas And amazon.co.jp won't ship them outside of Japan either

These are actually Dino King toys... Its a cartoon sorta like Pokemon...
the US Version of the card game is coming out in September.... i think, so hopefully there will be a lot of these available here in the states by then....
They pop up on ebay sometimes...do a search for Dino King or Dinosaur King...
They usually run from around $12-30 depending on the character.

I've been hunting these guys down for awhile now... I started off with the gashapon figures and then found these...but while searching I ran across this High Grade set : www.amazon.com/Dinosaur-PVC-Figures-Set-2/dp/B0013BR6X4/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&m=A2RMUFXMP16SFU&s=generic&qid=1216438089&sr=1-2They are quite a bit larger and so much more detailed than the basic figure sets ... the Rex is a must have and is based on a sculpture by Shinzen. There are more in the series, of which there are 3 o my knowledge, a Rex , Triceratops, Amargasaurus, Carnotaurus, Baryonyx and Stegosaurus...I've been able to find the Rex and T-tops... though I have pics of some of the others.

There is certainly something appealing about these figures.

The only problem I see is that the seller is raising those costs quite a bit...they usually sell for under 10.00 in Japan..maybe she paid a lot for shipping or something... :?

The Pentaceratops is gone. The figures are cool, very stylized and different. I like them a lot. the price is a bit high, but that depends on which figure you are after, unless you live in Japan , you really can't find it anywhere in the USA or the web that I know. Figure in the cost of shipping, the price of some of the figure is pretty reasonable, and the figure are good size. The seller is pretty good, I got stuff from her before.

Yeah me too, she is trying to find some of the rarer ones for me...but I guess it depends on what your willing to pay for...20.00 I would prob pay for a Spino..or an Acro.
