That's $180 before shipping ten pounds of prehistoric predatory awesomeness.

Not going to vote on this one, since I don't plan on owning a $100+ dino figure...

Shipping costs have been eating pretty heavily into my budget, so whatever I do charge, it will include the shipping. It will be a relatively small amount, given how much the item itself already costs.

Really I wondered how you were doing it what with rising shipping costs and all...def appreciate it though buddy.

If I had to choose one of these, I'd go for the Styracosaurus. I just love the look... and the pose... and the colors, I could go on and on about this guy! Too bad he's out of my price range.

I'm sure I'll be tempted by the Dark Sideshow in the near future.

Sideshow started teasing me back when they did that Reign of Fire dragon bust...never did get one...just too much...but these are closer to affordable I think...I def won't be getting a full set..but a few choice pieces of high-end dino art is worth it..especially when kits cost about the same.

These Sideshow statues are not cheap, I think we can all agree on that. However, my unique position as one of the few web-based authorized Sideshow dealers means that I will work with everyone on an individual basis to determine what they want and how they can afford it. The Tyrannosaurus vs. Triceratops and Tyrannosaurus vs. Velociraptors diorama statues are the only ones available for purchase at the moment, so let me know if you're interested in purchasing either one.

I think I'd like to make the Carno my first piece...have they posted a release date in July for it yet ? With maybe the old male Rex next.... I just finished watching Disney's Dinosaur again ( bought the 2 disc set on dvd ) pretty cool..the bonus features are really worth it..anyway..made me really get into " Carnotaurs " again..heh ;D

Yeah, I just saw that a few weeks ago on YouTube. I kind of wish it had been a more adult film, maybe even without dialogue, instead of another Moses-ripoff. And if any mods want to go ahead and lock this thread, that's cool, because I can't figure out how to replace the poll while preserving the thread.

Well it was! Think about it.
Some powerful entity causes the young hero to get separated from its original parent, it floats downstream, gets raised among a different pack, preaches good will wherever it goes, battles evildoers, then leads some wandering people to paradise.
Sound familiar?

No, I'm with ya. It's just funny how true that is.

They always do that. Even Lion King would probably qualify, but at least that movie had Hans Zimmer.
Anyway. If Disney bashing doesn't get a thread locked, nothing will.
