Nope, its a rausuchian crocodile like Postosuchus. The sail in this and spinosaurs is convergent evolution. I actually got to see the site where the holotype of Arizonasaurus was found. You got to see the site where he is from? Lucky you! Yup, when I went to the Petrified Forest last year a paleontologist pointed out the type locality for him. It's on the site of a rock and fossil shop today.

You knew this was coming, right? ;D For Postosuchus proper, there is one made (in metal) by QRF (don't have it for some reason!); there is also the Dino Magic small figure (a little leggy, but passable). For other Rauisuchians--Panosh made a figure of Teratosaurus (according to Randy Knol's identification); it is a biped, based on the ideas of the time that it was a proto-dino. NOW--since you included Ornithosuchians, there are a few others. The most obvious one is the Starlux one (also don't have, I don't like it). There is also another common figure that shows up in many sets--most prominently in the Wild Republic Dino Toob. These are examples (there are several other paint schemes--the WR one is different, and I have a maroon coloured one as well): Here is another, similar but different one: We can tell these are not dinosaurs, but instead must be crurotarsans based on the heavy series of plates along the back--a feature found in every branch of that group (aetosaurs, phytosaurs, rauisuchians, crocodiles, etc). If you extend out a bit, there can also be critters like Euparkeria (Starlux); Tasmaniasaurus (Yowies); Chasmatosaurus (AKA Thecodont, Dino Magic); Protorosaurus (Starlux) and probably lots of others. Not including aetosaurs, phytosaurs, and crocs of course. On another note--I just saw Dinos Alive (on IMAX) today--and I think I know where Wild Safari got the inspiration for their Postosuchus paint scheme.

Hey, they look good, Boki!
I don't think I've ever seen a real pic of the Bullyland Batrachotomus. I like him much better now! I never got him because of how he always looked in those small, poor quality pics on the online store sites. He looks much more detailed and colorful here. I think I'll have to get one after all! ;D

It may not be long before it is retired.

I don't think I have any of those little ones you got, but that's fine for now, I have some BIG fish I am dealing with right now ;D

Boki, you're a great advertiser - I bought an arizonasaurus and a batrachotomus off of Ebay because of your pictures. I love non-dino prehistorics and both of these look like great models. It's amazing how many times the archosaurs evolve the "sailback" morphology.

It's amazing how often anything evolves that morphology. Sauropods, theropods, hadrosaurs - no one is safe from the sail-backed fashion police!

The latest postosuchus to find home in my zoo ;D It's the lovely Salvat Editores figure! ;D It's a copy of the official WWD figure. Here he is joining my growing collection of posto ;D how he compares with the original WWD figure and the pair with Jake, my helper ;D One of this days, I will get to photographing my Permian/Triassic fauna collection ;D You will see him again, this time terrorizing some poor placerias ;D
