I liked Meso's, he must have had a shopping cart to move all those dinosaurs for the photo. Ahhh, thanks Ajax and the two others that voted for mine, lol! ;D I thought mine did look better before the pic got shrunk so. Anyway, where are the names of the all who entered posted? BIG Congrats to all the winners and to everyone else who put in all their time for this! Good job all!!! ;D

Tetons was my favorite. It just looks very natural. Stoneage, I give you utmost credit 'cause i really liked yours, not too fancy, but well balanced and exquisite in it's simplicity.

Thanks man! Glad you liked it! Honestly, I didn't really expect to win anything because of my use of "feathered" dinos, something that seems rather unpopular on this list, for my diorama. I also expected many folks to know that was mine due to that. I was/am altogether impressed with the turnout of dios, and though everyone did a superb job! Good job everyone! (I am surprised how many folks we have on the list)

Thanks to all who voted for my dio! I also included a backstory with it, which didn't get included, as I was probably the only person to do one. Any way her it is in all its gory glory: Early Cretaceous Central Africa: A young Jobaria has wandered off from the herd, lured by the ripening fruit of a clump of cycads. A trio of Afrovenators, forever following the herd and looking for stragglers, quickly surrounds the titan. The pack has hunted together before and has a tried and true strategy – while one hunter confronts the sauropod head on and distracts him, the other two attack his flanks, inflicting vicious wounds. The Jobaria calls desperately for the herd, but they have moved on; he is on his own. Soon, exhausted and weakened from injuries and loss of blood, he will eventually stumble and fall. The Afrovenator pack will feast for weeks, then, they will pick up the trail of another herd and continue the cycle.
Next post, just for fun, I'll show some of the dios I made that didn't make the final cut!

I though #1 was CT's, because he did some black and white retro pictures before. Pangolinmoth you did very well, and thanks for appreciating a Non-Mesozoic Diorama! I though # 4 was Dinotoyforums because of the Marine connection. If I had one more vote I would have voted for this one. It's very good. I agree with Meso-Cenzoic in that I thought mine looked better full screen size. I voted for # 7. It's great and I loved the foilage in the background Number 8 is my absolute favorite. It has many smaller Dioramas, which make up one big Diorama. It looks like a science project with all the labels ect. It must of taken some time to put it all together. I'd really like to know how Hyneria created his plants etc. I thought #10 was Teton's. What are those figures? I can't believe that Dinotoyforum would use a Papo figure in his Diorama. Looks like something TTL would do. Ajax I thought yours was rather good. #14. Boki I liked yours but some of the Photoshop didn't work for me. However I don't agree with Teton that photoshop shouldn't be allowed. Dioramas are a creative process. Photoshop can help or hurt you. #16 Crazycrowman. Feathers weren't the problem for me. Unlike many people I don't care for the Primevil Raptor. I had no idea this was yours or that you even entered. I probably would have preferred the Bullyland Velociraptor. It's not to bad when positioned right. I did vote for your feathered Diorama that you did last time. All and all I think everybody did a good job. Don't get discouraged, try again. Hopefully we can do this again soon. Also I would like to know what anyone thinks I could do to improve my Diorama #2, except pick an other time period. I had thought about redoing it after I sent it in but decided that was it. I still thinking about redoing it. This my original Diorama and another version that was defective. ;D

The figs in Hunting Party are modified and repainted WS allos....
I realize that i am in the minority about photo shop dioramas. I feel there should be different categories for natural and manipulated dios. I feel strongly enough about it that I will likely not try this again...
How could anyone not know mine, I used the same repainted allo that is in my sig?

I picked out your dio straight away, also Boki's & Meso's because of his Invicta Diplo.

So I am the official loser, ain´t I? Your Dio looked more 'Real' than most, some dio's that did much better you could actually see the base of the dio or sticker notes or they just didn't look real. So be proud of your Dio and you did use a pretty cool sculpt, I don't know anyone who dislikes the Arizonasauru's.

The Wild Safari Allo & Stego along with the Arizonasaurus & Carnegie Tylo were all used in 2 Dioramas each. All other dio's used different dinosaurs which i thought was good. I was thinking the Papo Allo may have been used in a few diorama's but only Teton used him.
