Hey folks! As I stated in my intro thread, I was going to post some pics from my dinos that I had when I was a kid. I just found them earlier today in my basement. Here's my Invicta collection I made quite a big deal about these as a kid. They were my absolute favorite. I especially like the Troodon. If memory serves me correctly I still have a glyptodont and possibly a brachiosaur I've yet to find. Here's 2 of the three Carnagie minis I have I have a velociraptor pack which I've yet to find as well. I recently just bought the Carnagie Baryonyx and the oviraptor along with a Papo pachycephalosaurus. I've also got some pro cons ordered a couple days ago as well. I'll take more pics as my little collection grows. Hope you liked em'!

Well it is a rare pleasre for me, actually having one of those ultimate goal figures, what with all the Battat diplos being thrown at me face and all....among many other wonderful figs I am unlikely to come across.

Must you rub that toy in our faces? ;D I can rub my Troodon in a little as well, if you like! ;D That thing is no match for my Bullyland Red Rex! ;D Its value may be more, but it seems to be less rare, so ha! ;D

Can y'all just imagine wandering into your basement and finding a box of invictas just laying around--still in good shape it seems, and including the Troodon??? MAN!!

Can y'all just imagine wandering into your basement and finding a box of invictas just laying around--still in good shape it seems, and including the Troodon??? MAN!! It quite made my day, actually. And to think I may have an iguanodon, glyptodon, and maybe a brachiosaur down there too!

How rare is that Troodon really? I do have one, too, as you might know. Could it be there are valuable figures in my collection? Hm...

Well, I am not totally sure about this, but I am sure I will be corrected where wrong. But, from what I have read, the troodon was released and then pulled back off the market, due to some sort of trademark issue or something. Not sure what. So, only a limited supply got released, and even fewer of those ever made it to US shores. So, there seems to be a very limited and finite number of these things out there.
Even my almighty and infallible English source has not come up with one, let alone extra, as far as I know...I got mine from a friend, who just gave it to me, not knowing what exactly it was. He got it at some museum gift shop back in the Mid-West way back when.

When I got the Invicta Troodon years ago in the Maryland Science Center's gift shop in 1991,I had no idea that it would ever become that rare and sought after.I wouldn't have notice too much anyway, because within a year from then, the entire Invicta line was no longer available in the U.S.
