Not a great photo but here it is: We need to harass Wild Safari into making them repaint and re release their Ceratosaurs in this color! Is that white surrounding the red on the stripes? I can't tell to well.

Hey, nice job, Ajax! I might do a light wash with a darker grey to bring out his creases and details a little more. Otherwise, I like the colors and patterns you used! You know, this little WS Ceratosaurus isn't that bad of a figure. I've always kinda liked him. But, I agree, can you imagine the detail on a 1/40 scale Papo version?!

Cross your fingers Papo make a Ceratosaurus, That would be very cool, maybe a pair because they wouldn't be very big. Yes, definitely! It might not be very large, but then neither are the Pacyhcephalosaurus ,Velociraptor or Oviraptor already out there. And unlike the latter two, Ceratosaurus really was scaly, so they could go to town with the details as they did with Allosaurus. Oh yes, and an excellent repaint Ajax.

Plus we even got to see one in JP, So you would hope for this reason alone Papo will make one.

The JP one was a bit rubbish though (rather like the film it was in! Arf!) - it just looked like the Tyrannosaurus model with a horn and wacky Luis Rey colours added. Hopefully a Papo one would not take inspiration from it...

Hopefully a Papo one would not take inspiration from it... It could have very well been based off of Ceratosaurus' first JP appearance back in 92 in the diecast set. www.justcollectables.com.au/upfile/product/dino.jpg62.15.226.148/fot/2008/05/10/8512249.jpgIf this is the case I think its really cool how all the way in JP3 they decided to reference this.
