I found dinosaur fireworks! haha:



my boyfriend and I spent $150 on illegal fireworks, cooked delicious beef and pork ribs, then blew stuff into the sky! yay!

haha, I live pretty close to the OR WA border, and mortars and things are legal in washington, so basically all portlanders drive up to vancouver to get illegal fireworks, then light them in their backyards. if you were a tourist here on the 4th, you would think they were legal anyway :3

Fireworks are legal here. Yesterday I stocked up for next year. Rockets and Kegs thats what it is about. ;D

We were in Port Aransas, Texas on the Gulf during the 4th of July. We always go down there during this time. We ran on the beach shooting firecrackers. They are only illegal because it is so hot hyere they started a burn ban. ;D

Typical, but it dosen't stop us! I don't think we'll set the gulf on fire! ;D

The lobby manager reported hearing firecrackers on the beach just as we came inside our hotel.

Running with firecrackers is a no no. You don't understand safety. You probably will end up blowing your eye out. Your whole family should be arrested and made examples of. ;D

Hey, Sepp, cool find! Did you shoot them off? What did they look like?

Well, I'm very lucky here, when it comes to the 4th! We just walk a few blocks over to the river and watch the NYC Macy's fireworks in person. They are the best! We also take our walkman's (remember those?) and listen to the simulcast music program that the fireworks are choreographed to! A full half hour of big-time OOOH"S and AHHH'S!! ;D

We certainly did run, but did not every literally run with the firecrackers set off in our hands! I rest my case as well. ;D

Never got to Port Aransas when I was stationed in San Antionio, but heard that the fishing down there was some of the best.
