Cool work Emp. Kinda reminds me of my Kentrosaurus from several years ago. www.plesiosauria.com/kentrosaurus.jpgProfiles are clearly your comfort zone - you never tempted to branch out into other views?

the Tuojiangosaurus, an awesome dinosaur, but this one is too skiny, is it anorexic? I mean maybe the neck is too thin

The sketches look good! You should turn them into finished works of art

the Tuojiangosaurus, an awesome dinosaur, but this one is too skiny, is it anorexic? I mean maybe the neck is too thin I like skinny dinosaurs. I strive to make them unrobust. Somewhat a la Fredrik Spindler. Somewhat. He makes fatass dinosaurs too. My sketches, Dr. Admin, are usually planning sketches, and random studies, but one of these days I'll make a Lexovisaurus at a different angle. I just don't have the time.

I'm working on a series dedicated to early sauropodomorphs aka 'prosauropoda'. Thing about these LTr animals is that for most of them...well...either we got nice skeletons or we got very little. I'm working on a Blikanasaurus atm, and all we know from it is a foot. A foot that links it with both prosauropods, and later sauropods. Fascinating thing is that sometimes we see very 'advanced' sauropodomorphs in late Triassic rocks, and Blikanasaurus may be as advanced as it gets. Like the first true sauropod, along with other South African specimens such as Antetonitrus ingenipes (which seems to be one of the earliest sauropodomorhps, and shows some very advanced features), and Melanorosaurus. I'll see if I can get it uploaded tonight.

Miragaia, the Portuguese long necked stegosaur Lazy Tyrannosaur Horner Style... Panphagia, the most basalmorph prosauropod yet discovered Beishanlong, a newly discovered coeluro...er...ornithomimosaur (to me, all tyrannos and orniths are just one huge coelurosaur group...including maniraptorans and so on)...The dot I did not photoshop because that's how a tall human being would look like against it (large ornith, probably bigger thn Gallimimus, which in turn...makes me think orniths could have been even bigger...like Deinocheirus think of the possibilities!)

Do you even READ the other posts?? Or do you just go 'round repeating everything Tyrannus says...? Hey CT, I thought you were a moderator at t's other sight. How come, if you're as good at it as you claimed, I keep finding tons of spam and Porn posted there, like everytime I log on. I haven't been over there in like two weeks, what are you talking about? And no, I didn't read the other posts, I looked at the artwork and commented on it.
