Blog featured on www.oddnod.com"Your first response to The Dinosaur Toy Blog (BLOG) may be to laugh, but after a bit you may come to respect the writers' knowledge of both plastic model design and of theories about dinosaur anatomy, as well as their appreciation for detail and the reptilian aesthetic." to laugh!? ;D I'm glad they came to their senses.

Meh, why not? I think I laughed, too. Not sure if I stopped, either.

No, but it iS. When I was looking around at first, I read every post, even the great Feather Debate, and the whole "you're all idiots" thing. Susan would keep asking me what was so funny, since i was apparently just laughing outloud. Some of that has mellowed, but like if you read Jurassic fight club meets this and that, you can still get a pretty good belly laugh....we are too serious here these days, IMHO.
Funny as in fun--I wanna be part of that...

With less members, the more mellow the place becomes, the more members, the more tight like beef jerky it becomes.... ;D Laughing at the blog? I thought it was funny at first, but a quick glance at a couple sentences made it obvious that this is highly a science based blog, and not a comical one........

Sorry, my mistake...
No, I was thinking of the forum. I actually found the blog to be very helpful indeed, and frequented that as a reference long before I popped over to the forum for a look see. The blog is actually the first thing that came up when I decided to see if there were any new Paposaurs, just out of curiosity. I had dreams of a nice allosaur, and then BAM!! Right there on the blog, the Papo allo and the first pics of it. I was hooked ( doomed ) forever more......

I found the forum before the blog and automatally fell in love without having read anything. I however, was embarrassed to let my friends know about it, so I kept that under wraps. Not anymore of course.
I just found it searching for the Papo Rex under google images.
