Another bad cup of coffee you old curmudgeon? ;D Never drink coffee. And BTW, an individual who keeps himself in shape can retain 90% of his physical prowess well into his sixties - a medically proven fact. Of course, 90% of people just get lazy and fat after 30. So for the next 20 years at least I am guessing that your ass is mine in most physical contests. - I freely admit you could probably run away from me - but I haven't lost any speed - I was just never fast to begin with. ;D Twenty years? I'd only be in my early thirties

I'd only be in my early thirties Better get thee to a gym and start running - then join the Army at 18 and you will become a man, my son. And you'll go out into the world 4 years later as a man much wiser than your contemporaries. Of course you might like it and decide to make it a career - who knows? There's always hope for you .... ;D

Boys, boys...we can talk careers and exercising habits anytime, but this is a place of dinosaur talk!
Is the Para and Deinosuchus to scale with the Tyrannosaurus vs Triceratops?

Information surrounding the scale, price, artists involved, and so on have not been revealed yet. I will update this thread when they are announced.
But 1:20 scale would be my guess, based on the history of the product line.

The Styracosaurus does not seem to be to scale with the others, is it?

If that was the case, the Carnotaurus would be rather small, meaning the price would need cutting.

The Carnotaurus I believe is 1:20, and it's a single-character maquette, hence the price is lower than the Diorama piece. But you're right, they're probably not all to scale. I'm hoping their raptor statue will be even bigger than 1:20.

I'm hoping their raptor statue will be even bigger than 1:20. A 1:20 scale raptor is actually pretty small for Sideshow's style. For a 6 foot Velociraptor, for example, 1:6 scale would put the raptor at around the Rex's size. A 1:20 scale raptor is diorama material, not as an individual.

It hasn't been announced, but I'd say it's pretty much guaranteed to happen sooner or later, yes?

LoL. As cool as that Jurassic Park diorama might be, every piece from the Dinosauria line seems to put it to shame. Being a newer product line might be a factor, but I suspect Sideshow is taking greater care with Dinosauria since it's their own license, and they can't rely on the popularity of JP to sell it.

I've seen the pics of the JP one, and all of the dinosauria pieces put it to shame....

Is there an echo in here? *Lol's* ;D Is it really that bad? It must be. From Dan's signature it looks good you have to admit, but up close it may really suck.
