Hitting every board I'm a member of huh ? I'm new here obviously..but that doesn't matter to you of course. I'll post the same message here that I posted in reply to remarks on JPT as it pretty much says it all...I don't plan to sell outside of eBay anymore...too many people want to just make up their rules it seems. |

Negative feedback for bladeofthemoon i lost !!!!!!!!!$500!!!!!!  battat Diplodocus didnt even have common sense to track it for a meer few cents I will be contacting the federal trade commission Ive contacted my bank had them email the check copies and have been given a case # 19759962 from the FTC. My feedback should look similar to yours I guess...but I feel bad about the whole situation... I lost my diplodocus my mother bought for me before she died and you begged me for it... I asked you to take insurance, tracking, and even delivery confirmation...( I give everyone that buys from me that option ) but you acted like it was too much and didn't want to do it just like the attitude you had the whole time during this deal and now you want to blame me...if it makes you feel better then go ahead. I am sorry, I've had over 700+ positive feedback rating with no negatives for eBay transactions for years and nothing has gone this wrong . My policy is buyers are given the option to ship it however they want, once it leaves my hands I'm not responsible. I even asked you to ship it overnight..but you didn't want that..too much you said...so I shipped it how you paid for it...by the way..all that is more than a few cents as anyone who deals with the PO will know. I've had so much stress over this and really your behavior has been an agrivation to say the least..you even admitted your in ability to make plans or keep schedules was " just how I am ". I explained early on I had no extra money, especially not to be gifting shipping fees to people...this situation is your fault for not specifying details...you didn't didn't even ask how it was going to be shipped..you didn't care apparently or thought standared shipping was good enough....so why should I ? Whatever you do I hope you get the result you want...I know I didn't. Your full of it... you originally were getting 1,000 from me and im sure this would be the same result had i paid that much i paid 30 for shipping and i know it would only be $21 at the most so you could have put the rest at least towards tracking it. You are very money hungry and will sacrifice customer service to save yourself a few dollars. The item i paid for was not even mint and the ones going for 600 were mint with tag and mint in bag. It was your choice to sell it to me I could not force you. To make it look worst you put the item up back for sale on this forum when you still had part of my money. I told you then and there I wanted my money back and you did not give it back. Your intentions for this transaction have shown you wanted more money that i was providing you and were holding my money "hostage" incase someone else was willing to pay more. You didnt even provide a picture untill later in the transaction. I am very calm about this because i do about 100 sales and trades a year and i am used to people from this forum being malicious. Infact this will be the 3rd time. Dan you may think about taking these last post and if you do i want you to consider placing these in another seperate thread. Consider how much was at stake here money wise. |

it does not cost a lot to ship something like that that im sure shipping with tracking and insurance would have been 30 to 35 at the most i spent $500 so i am not being cheap you could have not gone through with it if you felt i wasnt paying the value of it. The most you would get for it now is maybe 300 i paid 530 for the item and shipping. I always provide tracking when i ship from ebay. And if something happens to the package and its being tracked and legitimate i will refund money. Btw i talked to Randy knol and told him i was purchasing a battat diplo from you and he had me sign a release for it. So Dont even try to make yourself look higher by saying i wouldnt pay for it cause i would have. You are pressing for deflation of character.

It was in a large box with a lot of packing so it wouldn't get damaged in transit...the PO as well as any other shipping service likes to " kick things around " from time to time. So it would have been more than that...I can/could have looked up an estimate if you want. Let me ask this...if you would have paid for it..then why didn't you ? You never asked for details even told me you weren't concerned with them and called me paranoid remember ? I wasn't even going to bring Randy's name into this discussion as I'm sure he'd want no part of it. |

You don't seem to understand I'm not liable..take it up with the PO or govt if you like they will tell you the same thing I told you. I have heard from Paypal and talked with the FTC , they don't handle individual complaints and Paypal will not take any action since the claim is too old...as for eBay my feedback there speaks for itself...but they won't do anything since you didn't want to go through them and had the auction canceled. I've dealt with online scam artists before and the local and state police are of no assitance as far as I could see...all they did was give me a card to call some other govt agency. Talk to who you want and they contact me if need be, I have no criminal record and I'm in good standing with those who know me. |

I will have this investigated dear just to make sure that diplodocus isnt sitting next to you since i have no proof you sent it out either. Its funny when i get international sales and trades and have nothing go wrong ever but ALL deals for a $500 diplodocus goes stale.

I have a deal with a friend of mine in Germany right now for around 100.00..I'm helping get items from over here that are more expensive if she had to buy them...and she will have the same option as you did of how it's shipped, same thing goes with another friend I have in Japan.
I have had things damaged occasionally that way only once lost..that was years ago though.
I am not these previous people who you had problems with..maybe someone else is hijacking your mail...there does seem to be a pattern there.
The only Diplo here beside me is new Carnegie one which I think is better than the Battat really...I also have the old Carnegie..but it's had years of play wear.
