I first heated up the legs with near boiling water, and then set them with rubber bands and stuck them into the freezer under a few inches of ice cubes (to get that supreme cold factor going on!). Then I did the same with the head, but the head had to be boiled for nearly 10 mins before it was hot enough to start cooling into the new shape.

I have to say, I like the figure much more now! The paint and the detail isn't distracted by a not-so-cool pose anymore. I like it!

It's jaws were a little crooked to begin with, so when I bent it the lower jaw went wonky.
