Ah, that's too bad. It was "Renegades of Funk" by Rage Against the Machine. Not even sure why I picked that...it just seemed like a cool song that was kind of somewhere between the options offered by you and Marc.

And, as I mentioned...there were dinosaurs in the video, so...

It was interesting but they left out a lot of people and groups. Sly and the Family Stone should definitely have been included.

At the moment I´m listening to Paradise Lost masterpiece "Host". It wins direct comparison to all other Paradise Lost albums except for "One Second". Any heavy metal fans here for the stoning? ;D ;D

Right now I am listening to Symphony X's Iconoclast (double digi-pak version) - back to their roots in terms of style and vocals.

I have also been listening to Avantasia's Angel of Babylon. A solid piece of work throughout. It completes the Scarecrow Trilogy.

Never got into Paradise Lost so much, but for Doom I enjoy Solitude Aeturnus and Candlemass, esp now that they share the same singer. Robert Lowe rules!

It is quite good, no doubt. But I still prefer their "Siamese Dream".

And yeah, deanm, Avantasia is quite cool. Love Tobias Sammets voice. I alsway imagine him instead of Blaze Bayley as new Maiden singer. I´m convinced Bruce would never have come back then!

Never thought of Toby as IM singer , but yeah he would have been awesome. I do like Blaze's solo stuff. Sad thing, I have all the Edguy and Avantasia albums, but ask any 100 random Americans and they've never heard of them/him. Shame, great talent, glad he's at least doing well at home. I doubt he's starving or lacking in girlfriends though
