That to me looks more like a nublar raptor with the coloring of a JP3 raptor male. The snout doesn't look quite as long as the one in JP3. Maybe it's a bazar hybrid between the two ;D

How about this? It was part of a promotion for The Lost World: Jurassic Park done by the Sydney Morning Herald newspaper. These little dinosaurs were available with a newspaper. Aside from this Triceratops, the only other ones I know existed were a red Chinasaur-esque pterosaur (if I'm remembering correctly it most looked like Dimorphodon, although it may have been one of those Chinasaur pterodactlys with crests and long tails), and a green Parasaurolophus. Doubtless there were T-Rex and Velociraptor, although I never saw them.

Whee I've got a couple to add in. First is this sculpture: This was done by a claymation animator in the UK. I prefer my raptors non-JP-ized, but just adore the sense of movement to this guy! Also there's this hollow plastic baby Camarasaurus (?), not one of a kind but I'm still not sure where it comes from... Sorry about the crappy pictures, the lighting is bad this time of night. Now if only I could speak on my museum's behalf, and brag about our Charles Knight sculpture casts...

Very neat stuff everyone!
Hmm...I have some strange dinos kicking around here...There are the white post figures, but I already have mentioned those in the past, and know there are others out there.
As for really bizarre things I have never seen any where else before, as soon as I get my camera working, I'll get photos of a "Frankenstein" T rex. (again, I am sure there are others out there, but none that I have ever seen) I have some strange resin sauropods as well.
I won't count "custom" stuff, because that's sort of "different". I have lots of that kind of thing, and other similar hand made dino related collectibles, like the plush archaeopteryx my friend made for me.

I'm sure more of these out there but I have no idea who made it: Anyone know? No clue, but the paintjob is almost identical to the Thrasher T-Rex of the JP toys To WEBDRAGON: I'd LOVE to take a look at those Charles Knight sculptures... Wich museum are they from, and, do you have any pics?

Looks like it could be Kinto or a private sculptor.Where did you get it? I bought it off eBay a few years ago as an unpainted resin model. Unfortunately the seller didn't know the maker of it either. No clue, but the paintjob is almost identical to the Thrasher T-Rex of the JP toys Yeah, I've always been rather fond of that paint job.

She's been primed and she's ready to rumble - I hope to have her painted and finished by the summer... who can identify this Queen of the Jurassic? It's a 1/35th scale Ceratosaurus nasicornis by CM Studio.I have the 1/35th scale Stegosaurus stenops from the same line

Foxilized, the Charles Knight sculptures are on display at the Museum of Geology here in Rapid City, South Dakota. I have pictures, but took them for the purpose of documenting their condition, so they're huge and too big to post here. What's on display is a full body running brontothere, a set of brontothere heads done for Osborn's titanothere volume, and a Triceratops restoration. Cliff Green's unfinished (?) brontothere model is based on the one we have, and the original (?) of the Triceratops is on display at the American Museum of Natural History. I should reiterate that these are casts of his originals, but given that he sculpted in modeling clay and mostly as a way to 'sketch' for his paintings, I suspect the originals no longer exist.

I've seen kaiyodo vynyl allos on Rinkya (japanese yahoo!) auctions, but they were a little too expensive Have you ever bought anything off rinkya or yahoo.jp? The handling/commission/shipping fees seem excessive.

The handling/commission/shipping fees seem excessive. Nope, and that's exactly why I'm all for getting some kaiyodo things like the rare allo for $30, but all the extra stuff is really off-putting
