It's probably not that rare, but I've seen it only once on Yahoo Japan and probably twice on ebay I'm just relieved I don't have to buy the Procon one to say I have a Jobaria fig And the "I bet only mightyjprex besides me has this" Dino Expo 2009 Spinosaurus (better than the overpraised Carnegie spino I think ) With the rex: Very nice figures. You're Rex reminds me of this little Kaiyodo one I have. It's nice to see Rex figures that aren't catching flies! It's the 2005 limited edition Kaiyodo Figure Museum, Dragon Yu Museum visitors memorial Tyrannosaurus unassembled kit. Sculpted by Shinobu Matsumara.

Not tormenting, but helping. I'm saying, these are still occasionally available, I saw one on ebay just a few months ago for a very low price, $10-20 and I don't think it sold (I already had one, so I didn't bid). Stay positive!

I really like this T. rex sculpt . I didn't know Kaiyodo used it for their so-called "1:100" Dinoland series purple wonderful!! Radman - if you have a bigger collection of this specific series, it would be great to see some pics. I only have the Stegosaurus and still don't know how many different species there are.

No problemo, Postaurischain Postaurichtyan Posti, I have the T.rex, Stego, Mosasaur, Allosaurus, Dimetrodon and Barosaurus. They are all very nice, esp the Mosasaur which is very sinuous and serpentine and comes with a separate base. My camera is out of commission at the moment, so if I remember I'll post some pix next week. I believe there is also a Dilophosaurus and Pachycephalosaurus in the set, as well as a Lambeosaurus (?), that was on ebay this past year. I bid on it, but was massively outbid, I think it went for over 100 smackers I really like this T. rex sculpt . Anent blackdanter's Sega prize thread, here's the Sega Amargasaurus (it's BEEEG--that's the 1:40 Battat amargasaurus for scale ): I believe this and some of the other Sega prize figures were sculpted by no less than (fellow DTF member) Hirokazu Tokugawa Awesome

I'm always willing to buy or trade, or at least see pictures! ;D

The mosasaur looks identical to mine. I painted the base, which was snow white, and added the plant to help hide the metal support rod. The camara and rex look like they're made of plastic? The allo (is that the Antrodemus TTL mentioned) looks to be made of the same resiny material the Mosa and the rest of mine are made of (?). Cool pix, thanks for sharing these!

No wonder they are on a base! Mine are all plastic except for the Barosaur. I did not know they were also released in resin, all of them it looks like (even the mosa?)Now I now what collection that Barosaur of mine belongs.
