Yep. By the way, in answer to your question Foxilized the WS Dilo is a similar size to its JP counterparts, although a little smaller and differently proportioned. You mean correctly proportioned (and anatomically as well) compared to the JP ones, I am assuming. ;D Ah, but I couldn't bring myself to say it. ;D Stoneage - which one?

Love that hologram Horridus. Did you get it at the gallery in Covent Garden?

Love that hologram Horridus. Did you get it at the gallery in Covent Garden? Nah, I got it in a small shop in Yarmouth, Isle of Wight...yeah, that cool.

Some pictures of/from old books that some of you might remember. First up, Inside Dinosaurs (and other prehistoric creatures) from 1993. (If Dorling Kindersley wish to sue me, please don't. I don't have any money.) Marine reptiles! I love the expression on the plesiosaur's face. Retro-Spinosaurus. Jurassic Park annuals: Closeup from the cover of the 1993 original: I'll take some more when my camera battery's recharged.

Those annuals are worhty? What's on them? And those book illustrations, that's crazy, look like zombie-dinos. Me like zombies.

I meant if the annuals were worth buying. If there was interesting stuff on them or where simply fill of generic and already seen photos and info. Because there's no comics on them, right? I know some UK annuals are comic adaptation of movies but this wasn't the case, right? Oh, thanks for the Sibbick drawings, a lot.

The Jurassic Park one is a little classier overall (a LITTLE - it's still aimed at kids) and does have a Spielberg profile/interview, as well as much better photos of the cast.

The drawings of Sibbick, what about those inflatable cheeks of the parasauro.

My most recent buys (JP Trike excepted), arranged on the shelf. Best Collecta figure? Definitely one of them.

Is that a Jp trike? The little green one?

Is that a Jp trike? The little green one? Nope - I do have the JP die-cast Trike, but that's just from a gift shop in an unlikely place. No idea who made it.

I adore that (?)Diplodocus - who is it by? The Caudipteryx and the hadrosaur are beautiful. What is the hadrosaur, by the way? You'll have to forgive me, I'll be asking many questions like this - I did warn in my introduction. ;D I know so few manufacturers and my dinosaur knowledge needs thorough refreshing...

The Diplodocus is the new Carnegie Collection one, released in 2008. The hadrosaur is an Olorotitan, made by Procon/Collecta.

Yeah, Horridus, I love that Olorotitan, too. Monochrome it could go for an Invicta figure.
