Great new addition, postsaurischian! And it fits perfectly into your 1:20 collection, doesn't it? Does the model actually stand that good without the base? If so, that's even better!

My first two Shapeways fishes from razh00 - beautiful ! Doryaspis & Bothriolepis ..... I'll be honest, I have waited to see some photos before deciding what to get. The Doryaspis looks great, but the Bothriolepis almost looks too smooth or something. Still, far more impressive than anything I could ever pull off.

..... introducing some of the new Collectas ! First we have the Irritator, which I really like ..... ..... as long as the WS T.rex isn't released, it is replacing him attacking the Edmontosaurus ..... the oh so cool Kelenken ..... I love it ..... Ampelosaurus, also a beauty ..... ..... paint scheme reminds me of Kaiyodo ..... (giant) Rhomaleosaurus ..... ..... no, it's not in 1:40, it's about 1:20 ..... Hatzegopteryx looks a bit cartoonish ..... I like it anyway!

The Ampelosaurus and Kelenken are my favourite CollectA figures so far. Nice to see you also have Preiser figures for scale, I guess that one in the photo with the Irritator must be from an uncolored 1:48 or 1:50 "Passanten" (i.e. passengers) set. The figure was also part of my prepainted politicians: ...t's the one on the right, I just seldom use him for photos because I couldn't identify who he is... Although he reminds me a little of Wladimir Putin but maybe the molds are too old for that. I also noticed that these new CollectA bipedal figures seem to stand quite stable despite their small feet. Much better than the gigantic clown feet of the earlier years.

This is the first time I bought so many Collectas. The Irritator's also a great figure, their best Theropod so far. You're right, the human figure is from a 1:50 Passanten set. I only wanted this one and have now about 30 male and female Passanten (some of them are in a seated position, so they're not really able to pass by) in different positions. I don't know what to do with them ;D. The one on the pic is the only one being able to stand without help.

Great observation on the Ampelosaurus similarity to the Study Room Apatosaurus, likely that was the inspiration for both pose and pattern!

Aww, the head on that figure is great, but why did they have to give it tree trunks for legs!
