Unreliable Seller Thread

I want to post this as a warning to the folks who put their hard earned money in this hobby. I won an auction on Ebay from a seller named jurassachick in July. It was for an AAA Edmontonia, item #150266678995. It's been over a month since I paid for this auction and I still have not received the item or a tracking number which was promised. I had repeatedly contacted the seller after waiting patiently waiting for two weeks after payment. All I received were promises that "it would ship out on Monday". Finally, I requested a dispute resolution from Ebay. After more another false promise, I finally decided to escalate the dispute to a Paypal claim. Please do not support this seller.

If you have received raw deals from other sellers please include them in this post as a warning to others. Thanks.

There aint no d**n raw deals ive been dealing with a death in the family as well and i have no car at the moment. An away message i had on my sellers page notifying people about what happened.

anyone else ask for a refund before issuing a dispute cause ripping is not what im about unless you think its so bad that i dont decide to get off my fat ass and send some packages because im too buisy crying.

DinoObcessed, when your auction was open in July there was no such note in your auction stating a delay in shipping. I see you've added this now. If you had offered a refund in our initial correspondence, the escalation to a claim could have been avoided. Since I've received the refund, I consider this matter closed.

i put one up after it happened . And i put one up now cause im still too unmotivated to do anything right now. I really havent left the house to go anywhere else besides work since.

I have the same problem. I ordered an omega trex on the 2nd of august and it still hasnt come. She said ''shipping will be on Monday'' . Just a couple days ago I asked her about it, and she said ''get some f'king patiece ". Not very nice.

I do not want a refund. I want my dinosaur. I have been looking forward to it coming every day and I am loosing patience now. You know, if your you are going through hell now, you should not be selling things on ebay.

I am in no way "hounding" you. I only asked about the dinosaur a few, and on the third time you seemed to go crazy. I am sorry for your personal things that have gone bad. And why are you blaming me for the battat diplo? Did I sell you it? NO, I didn't. And if you are just going to throw the omega out you might as well just give me my money back. I already payed for it, and all you have to do is box it up and drop it off at the post office. How long would that take? Like, 15 minutes? i can not go to the post office like that easy i got no car we can not leave my family member alone in the house incase he has an attack, We take him to the doc everyday and he is also battling cancer. my mother takes him there i dont even see them as much as i do cause im at work or they are at the doc. my family schedual is so hectic. I just need a day for something to not come up. Im loosing more and more things everyday in one way or another. This is impeding on my life as well and im really frustrated. I want to keep my store open but i need to be able to get to the post office all the pride and joy of my collection is going down with it.

you can call the post office up and tell them you have a package to be picked up. ask the post office to deliver a delivery confirmation receipt.

The terms of paypal are to ship the item within 7 days of payment. why haven't you replied to paypal's emails.

Ok, I don't think the rest of us really want to read about this! Please, please try to resolve this issue privately! Give her some space, she is going to some bad times and is refunding your $$, get over it! I have personally done transactions with her in the past with ZERo problem. Be a bit more understanding guys.
