Where did oyu get that tiny set with the tasmanian wolf, the dodo, the steller sea cow and the quagga!!! It was a special set only available locally in Dutch supermarkets for some brand of ice cream, or so I was told when inquiring here.

Well, that is an original set. For ages, I've been wishing for a set like this being released. But everywhere I see the very same old thing: lions, tigers, african elephants and giraffes. Or T-Rexes, stegosauruses, dimetrodons and triceratopses. So tiring... You're very lucky to have found that incredible set.

. You're very lucky to have found that incredible set. As well as the four extra sets I scored for trade. But yeah, I didn't even know about these until I scored them on a flea market. It's a cute little set (very little), and I wouldn't be surprised if these got more popular when more people realized their existence.

I wish I found such treasures in flea markets. Trust me, it's not common here either. This year I just got lucky. ;D

Try 'stupendous', fooman. It doesn't come close to doing the collection justice, but it's a good place-holder till a better adjective comes along. Has to be one of the best accumulations in the Netherlands, Roselaar. Great effort!

Has to be one of the best accumulations in the Netherlands, Roselaar. I should hope so. And there's still more to come. ;D MMfrankford, which figure do you mean by 'orange pentaceratops'? The DR Series 3 Chasmosaurus perhaps? Cos I haven't posted a Penta in any of my pics so far.

Wow those carded Invicta's are fantastic! Never seen those - you got them from ebay?? I did, courtesy of the 'New on Ebay' thread here, over a year ago. They were 10 bucks each, and even though I had all of the figures already, I just couldn't resist the beautiful retro packaging. ;D

I can totally understand that! I try not to faint at seeing those carded Invictas! They don't happen to be rare or anything then, right? There was little fuss about them when they were in the Ebay thread.

Congratulations! I almost feel embarrassed when looking at a collection like that. Compared to yours, mine is positively puny. But things have been set in motion ...
