You have no idea bud...well... maybe you do...especially if this piece were a certain species of hadrosaur eh ? ;D Well, since I still really want his Anatotitan, I know how you feel. That's right..you already have Shane's Para too...lol if it were..bigger eh ? ;D

Had a chance to peruse your work posted here, real nice stuff. I like your style a lot. You don't go hog wild with saggy skin like a lot of modern paleo artists do, which to me can get real carried away to the point that it looks like someone wearing much too large clothes. I like the subtleties of your texturing, much more realistic to me than the over the top approach. If I were still a collector, and had the funds to, I would get some of your work. I enjoyed seeing the 1/15th Allo- having just finished one myself it was nice to see your take on it-

I can't wait to see both your guys Allosaurs ..talk about temptation.. ;D Judging by the WIP photos I would think that Shane's is nicer, more refined, than mine- I bet he spent more than two days working on it-

Speed isn't necessarily an indicator of quality work... just look at Galileo..he turns out several new, extremely detailed pieces out in a week when the mood strikes him. Not to really compare myself to the likes of greatness mentioned here..but my drawings take me weeks or months sometimes...but I'm just kinda lazy.. lol

Well the good news is the 1/15th Allosaurus is being molded as i write this and should see my 1st casting in about 7 days or so. The 1/40th tarbosaurus and prey is finished and castings are on the way to me . Also my new Torosaurus and baby is done and i have castings already on that. When i get some color pics of the build ups i will post them here. I am currently getting ready for the Wonderfest show in mid May so gotta run.-Shane.

I can't wait to see all of your new kits on display, as well as a certain sauropod. I'm guessing the Psittacosaurus won't be ready for Wonderfest?

No the Psittaco wont be at the show but im sure once you see your 6 foot long Apatosaurus on display you will forget all about it. I hope your staying till 5pm on Sunday as that is when the show ends and i can pass the Apato over to you then. Yep Jeremy will be the proud owner of a huge finshed Apatosaurus model painted by me ;D

Good lord Jeremy...that's a NICE haul !
Now..when are you going to be gone ? And..your address again please ? ;D
Shane I'm really considering getting you or Riojas to paint up that new Allosaurus of yours. It seems my dino collection is going to be incredibly one sided...poor herbivores.

I assume the 1/35 dinos will be around $100 or so? If so, I might just have to get one!

I'm going to be snapping photos and shooting video, so that others can see everything Wonderfest has to offer. I can never seem to find many pictures of your booth. Chris, I thought you knew I was getting Shane's Apatosaurus. Maybe I was thinking of Dan. Shane's Apatosaurus will be the crowning jewel of my collection for awhile. Another "little" guy may unseat it in the future. ;D

I saw only one or two pics last year of Shane's booth..most outstanding was that Tylosaurus I still want..;D We had discussed Shane's Apato before..weren't you going to have him stretch out the tail ?.. but I never heard you were really set on it yet. I bet I know who this little guy is too.. lol

Don't worry, I'll make sure to photograph his Tylosaurus extensively. I never thought of stretching out the tail, though I can see why some would want it like that.
