Really like the head ! but it almost looks too large for the body..prob all the spikey bits giving the illusion of greater size. That could have helped intimidate rivals and larger predators.

Actually I think the head looks too small! Its supposedly a carcharodontosaurid so the head is meant to be proportionally quite big....but since its arms and claws were unusually big I thought an allosaurid body would fit him better. Because the skull has not been found, right? The coloured version so far:

Cool..you really should add some simple line terrain to the bottom though..help add to the perspective.

By the way I made a quick one dedicated to you Himmapan. Its a very polite Alamosaurus teaching some manners ;D Ahahaha! Oh, I love it! ;D Sorry I'm a little late. The new pieces are wonderful (and very nice approach with scales too ;D). You must do these so quickly! I like that subtle suggestion of clouds in the Dicraeosaurus piece.

Well, the clouds or any background are just photoshop brushes, don´t have any merit at all ...the only non organic thing I´ve done so far is the Ginkgo tree where the Ramphorhynchus is standing on ;D...and by the way the Dicraeosaurus is done following a bit your style! Tough maybe the wrinkles are slightly over the top... I have to say Im starting to like drawing sauropods. Though their heads are a hell to get straight! Aaand I did this pencil sketch some minutes ago, I thing it can become something pretty decent! I titled it : Who said dromaeosaurids couldn´t fly? Uploaded with ImageShack.us

;D I´m thinking of adding a second dromie who is distracted watching his comrade fly instead of grabbing the little Pachy , this is meant to be humorous after all.

I don't know if ceratopsids could bend their necks that far. I don't know if its too late but it might be safer accuracy wise to have it flinging the pesky theropod over the back from a forward facing position.

The neck is in a 90º angle with respect to the body, not too exaggerated. Its describing an arch like some bulls do when they stomp somebody. Again the perspective is a bit messed, I guess. Tossing the troodontid over his back seems unrealistic even if he didn´t lack horns.
