You know you're not quite innocent of the hole these 'Monuments' burned in my wallet ;D. ;D The Raccoon Dog is another figure I was thinking of buying, it may still be available on ebay. It's also funny to see that quite a few Japanese animals also occur in Germany - including this one. |

Hello, im pretty sure that no. 50 is a 'Ryukyu black-breasted leaf turtle' Geoemyda japonica,
it is definitely on the list of National Natural Monuments of Japan
