I think digits 4 and 5 on ceratopsids were walked on at least sometimes according to tracks. It's probably more of a case that they sunk into the ground when the animal was walking on mud or sand. The hallux is sometimes present in theropod tracks, but they weren't walking on it. (Er, unless they were therizinosaurs. Obviously.) I do feel bad about criticising this stuff. I mentioned it on Twitter and someone replied "dear god". ;D But I wouldn't if I didn't think it was world class. Which it is. (Oh, and Griffin's probably right about lamebosaurine necks. Although I never suggested a Greg Paul extreme!) Never considered the fact that they were walking in deep mud. That being said you are probably right. Sorry Wasnt assuming you were referring to Greg Pauls extreme depictions its just thats where my brain goes when I hear about thick-necked duckbills.

Thanks for all the rave reviews. I will definitely consider all the tips and comments. Thanks for being gracious about it. As I've said before, I only nitpick work that I really like.
