Hey all, I'm making prehistoric animals myself from clay. Every serie has 4 'figures'. I already have a serie with fishes; Delphydontes Alaspis Amphiaspis Galeaspis And 3 amphibians, 2 are still in progress; I finished the cacops and adelospondylus yesterday Eogyrinus Cacops Adelospondylus Any ideas for 1 amphibian? Apachesaurus maybe? (maybe Mastodonsaurus) And I have 2 ideas for the early reptiles I will make. Petrolacosaurus Euparkeria Any more I can make? And for mammal-like reptiles; Titanosuchus Moschops Cynognathus After this before the dinosaurs-series, I ofcourse gonna make dinosaurs, pterosaurs and marine reptiles. My skills aren't really great, but I love to do this So if you guys (n girls) can help me with by inventing this prehistoric animals for my clay-series, I'm very pleased!

So you will make pictures of them and post them? I hope so, sculptures are always interesting.I have to admit I know more about dinosaurs than about those other prehistoric animals, but I think cynognathus is a well known mammal-like reptil, and for the amphibians I always liked mastodonsaurus.Hope you make some dinosaurs, too.

Thank you for your ideas. Cynognathus is a good idea. Mastodonsaurus also, maybe. My sculpts are'nt really.. realistic, like the colors. But I'm still learning. I will post pics when I have some series finished. I finished my Cacops and Adelospondylus. When I putted off the light, I saw the Cacops was glow-in-the-dark. LOL ;D.

Yes, you're right. I think I will finish my amphibian series. I decieded to make an Branchiosaurus. ;D . Next are the early reptiles. EDIT: I'm making Petrolacosaurus for the early reptiles, not Hylonomus.

What about crurotarsans? and more specifically raisuchians like Postosuchus (although aetosaurs are cool too).
This group of archosaurs is often overlooked yet they are awesome. They need a better representation.
