Well not really imean the body design basically the same as every other large theropods...which were all land animals.

Guess it could be semi-aquatic ? Really if it's main staple was fish and possibly crocodiles and it waded into the water to catch them..I don't see how that would make it look very different.

I picture the life of a spinosaur much like that of any wading bird such as herons or perhaps even a grizzly bear. Aside from a few characteristics they don't much remind me of crocodilians.
