I keep my Safari Dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures on a wall self. My (Nearly Complete) set of carnegies found some extra space in my bookshelf. Everything else stays in boxes, but I plan on having my entire collection on my walls sometime soon.

To Niroot and Marc -- (While trying to crawl up out of Ultra-Nerdsville for a second....) Well, I don't color coordinate ALL my dinos, hehe! If I see some similar colors that would look nice together and the dinos would look good together for other reasons, then yeah, a color block they become! ;D

I don't have the luxury of space. I just put the figures wherever they'll fit. The style of display is a question that always returns here and thus not a new topic. We have two or so other threads here with the same question. Anyway, tyrantqueen´s answer is exactly the one I´d give, too.

I only have three dino's right now so they are right by my computer. Low space also, so I will probably not be able to display many of them...

I keep my collection mostly on two shelves. They used to be placed randomly and then I placed them by brand, but they are random once again. I also have chinasaurs that I keep in a box.

I sometimes cant keep my collections in the same place.
I moved my Papos to the Curio.(the sophisticated detail belongs in a sophisticated enviroment.
I moved my Carnegie's to the dresser that my Papos used to rule
my CollectAs takes the old place of my Carnegie's
and finally my Wild safaris took the old shelves that belonged to my collectAs

I try to have models of animals that coexisted with each other displayed together on the shelf.

I keep all mine in diorama-like settings and group them "somewhat" in their corresponding eras. Although, I keep all my marine life in the same area. I only have room for one ocean scene set-up, and all my little swimming guys just have to stay in water or they'll die! ;D My Papos are the only ones I keep together because they're a smaller group and also so different than the other figure companies. I also have some grouped in similar families. And this last one will really sound wacky! Throughout my whole display, I also will try and put similar color shades together. LOL! Well, being an artist, I find that my whole dino display altogether is also one massive, ever-changing work of art. Whether it's in a fairly finished looking display or in transition, I always try and keep the composition in mind and it's elements of symmetry, balance, contrast, color, perspective and so on. I know, a little crazy, right! But it's all for fun. Sounds like we have alot of the same idea! I dont have any of my plastic dinos on display yet, im waiting till we move in the next couple of months so i can put them in my "woman cave". I want to put them in a diorama setting according to era, the papos will have their own displays. As formy mcfarlane dragons they are displayed in the livingroom on the mantel while my preceious collectible windstones, hamelton, and verbuagus collections are in my room one my dressure for safe keeping. When is the next drawing contest? I want to enter !!!!!

My plan right now is to display them on a bookshelf by general scale. Larger figures below (like a lot of the Papos, Carnegies, and raptors), with smaller figures on top (Wild Safari, Collecta, etc with the sauropods). I'd love to also separate them by time period, but I don't really have the space ;D
I think I'll have to get some more shelves sometime in the future!

I just have Carnegie Dinosaurs. I have 3 'sets', my 1996 collection. That is the largest. Then I have a few intermediates. Then my newer Carnegie Dinosaurs are on display with their unattached tags.
Does anyone know where I can get a empty mound?
