Wow...i think this one will beat Safari's Cerato and the Battat one.
Hope he's going to be nice and " bumpy " if not " spikey ".. ;D

The model is very deep-bodied and stocky and powerful looking, just as the animal would have been in the living flesh. I definitely agree with Blade

I had a thought..once this one is done. Maybe you could make a smaller version of the 1/15 nesting Cerato to go with it ? Then you could have a male/female pair for displays and dioramas . Always wanted a sitting theropod but never found one.

Always wanted a sitting theropod but never found one. I had the same thought- was going to make this first 1/40 cerato sitting on the nest like the 1/15 scale one- but decided to first make a walking one- I have started a sitting 1/40 Allo- one that could be either sleeping or resting- I may just make its eyes closed so it looks like it is sleeping-

Lot's of tension there !

I just thought I should mention that I changed some of the larger sized scutes on his side to make them smaller, there were a few that seemed just too large-

Okay, I love all of your work, and you donĀ“t have a single bad model, but I just want to say that this is easily your greatest one yet. Definitely getting it once I have the money.

Another awesome sculpt I love the little dorsal ridge, gives it a lot of character.
