I don't feel that they are any rougher stylewise. The Oviraptor surely needs some touchup, the flash showed me that. The dunkie paint is fine. I did it to please Susan more than a deep need to change the color. The original's main body was fine, but I did not like the gold on the bony plates. I still used pearlescent colors for the fish body, just white and gunmetal instead of gold....was going to keep the carnegie markings, but decided at the last moment to go in a more original direction. I'm kinda getting away from the whole recreate my favorite illustration thing. I still think they are rough.

But, I haven't DONE anything to the stego yet? He means he didn't like the sculpt.

Your repaints are awesome teton. He meant the original sculpt.

You should make them in different poses.

I have had limited success in modifying the poses, and I have nothing to practice on. I would rather not screw them up. I am gonna paint that stego first, just for you guys. Poor little stego. He has a nice retro vibe, I like him. I like that stego In case anyone is wondering, he is the large Waiphoon figure.

Very nice ;D You are busy painting those figures ;D I like the Lexi, it would be interesting to have him side by side with the original ;D Are you going to paint the ammonite? I'm curious to see what you will do with something that is not a dinosaur It is a very nice figure.

I like the red Corythosaurus. I think a lot of these dinosaurs would be at home in Michael Skrepnick paintings, are you influenced by him?

I am humbled! What a great paint job! I didn't particularly like the lines, but the rest is masterful

What do you mean running? I RAN out of room long ago..... Don't worry Boki, there is still plenty of room for some nice procon armored.... I *suppose* I fit in that deluxe Augustinia, and Kinto Favorite Apatoaurus. *sigh* If I HAVE too..... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D well at least the Procons (regular) are small figures and won't take up much space ;D If you have to, I would go for the procon Agustinia deluxe. The Kinto is nice, but very expensive for it's size! That was one of the reason i was not able to get many of them. I do however have the diplo, but not the brachio. $25 for such a small figure is just much... I'm sure I will probably regret it now that they are our of production The Procon Agustinia on the other hand is cheaper and big! You will have so much fun painting this most unusual sauropod! He is just very cool! Safari should release their own version, now that would be killer! ;D

:-/Kinto is out of production? ? It will cost me 30 dollars, including shipping, but it is my FAVORITE apatosaurus. So nice. Here is the Wild Safari Leptoceratops. Yah, so if you really want it better get it now, it is still available I think. The price is what kept me from getting the brachi, it was so expensive! I got the styraco and the para both for the same price. Very cute lepto Goes well with the other in your collection

I love the Leptoceratops, he is one of my faviourite sculpts and has one of the best paint jobs of any dinosaur, i can't find anywhere to buy them in Australia and will have to get 3 or 4 posted from the US when the Australian dollar recovers some more.

From green to red ;D ;D ;D I like it, gives it a new, more interesting color. The red actually worked on this figure. You can hardly tell it's the old, original, Carnegie Rex! ;D

I didn't notice the Trex i kept looking at that cool little Lepto at his feet. Its really frustrating i can only get Papo & Schleich dinosaurs in Australia, and Shelich here costs heaps like the new Braci is $75 & even the Para at the local toy shop is $29.
