Wow, I like it! Perhaps the legs are too long? Or is it just me?

Hmm.... The legs are a little too long, and the tail is a little too short.

It's pretty good. Your rendering technique is excellent.

Stoneage just pwned someone. lol Btw, not to be annoying or anything, but its teeth are too small. Ceratosaurus had some massive teeth. Your an excellent drawer though.

Awesome! I also agree that you may be off a little on a few anatomical areas, but, you are a very good sketch artist!!!
Your style is similar to the 3rd T-Rex in the drawing contest. Don't tell yet if that is also yours, but if so, it is also really well done!

Hello and thank you all, I did this piece at roughly 2 am last night and waking up I kinda see how bad it is, I did it with no reference in front of me and made quite afew anatomical errors such as the ones you guys pointed out, plus the horns should be in-front of the eyes. I admit I made the tail a bit short because I ran out of paper. I don't feel it's a good representation of the ol' Ceratosaurus so I'll spend my time and study the anatomy and I'll be back shortly whit a, hopefully, better drawing. Thanks again.

Hey great drawing, Forget about all the negative people and comments, its almost like they race to point out anything wrong with a drawing or photo. Boki also had negative comments when he showed his awesome photo shop pics.

^^^ Isn't constructive criticism, not mindless positive comments, the goal of posting things here? I could be wrong.

Perhaps, but constructive criticism is more than just pointing out what is "wrong" about something. This is artistic interpretation, and, maybe, should be based on artistic merit as opposed to strict scientific accuracy. Saying that you appreciate a piece of art for what it is is not "mindless".
Maybe he just wanted to share. I do not post my custom paints because I want criticism or praise, I am just sharing my particular and unique collection. Sometimes, I see a certain point. Tyrannaxe's comments about my dimetrodon made me go back and rethink it, with much better results. But sometimes some of us here are very quick to jump in and point out "mistakes", sorta like sharks that smell blood. It is especially irritating, at times anyway, when comming from members who do not share their customs or art.
Constructive criticism is not "that and that are wrong" Things could be phrased more like " perhaps this could be done differently", or I like this, and this is nice, but this doesn't quite work". Just saying "it is wrong" is not constructive", it is just negative. Just my opinion, of course.

That said, it is a nice sketch. The skull especially shows a nice sense of depth and volume. Very nice shading work there. The body is nice too, but I feel it looks less refined and finished than the skull. Like maybe you were less certain of it. Or pehaps got tired by the end, as you were up late drawing. This happens to me a lot with my pen and ink drawings. I'll be working late, and all hot on what I've done, only to wake up in the morning and go WTF is that? I have learned to stop when tired, and I don't even start custom paints after ten in the evening. The only real drawback to this piece is keeping it clean. It is hard for me to do-- i am a lefty, and tend to drag my hand across the drawing. I solve this by placing a second piece of paper on top of the work, so I can rest my hand on it. Also, dumb as might sound, wash your hands. A lot. Like all the time. It is not only the graphite on your fingers that gets the piece "dirty", it is the natural oils in your hands. A kneaded eraser works well to help clean. Still, itis a nice sketch.
