so i have three starlux eohippus that i was going to use in my Eocene diorama BUT i am realizing that for the Diatryma I want to use (the Bullyland one) they are a big out of scale. So would they make an acceptable as a proxy for a mesohippus that I'd put in my Oligocene diorama PS. I'm thinking of using the imaginext eohippus for the Eocene diorama. It looks pretty small (does anyone know the size?) and it has a more of an arched back which is indicative of the eohippus. Richie

Have you seen the Bullyland Anchitherium? It's the same scale as the Diatryma, and makes a good generic early horse.

With the imaginext eohippus in the Eocene, and the starlux as a mesohippus in the Oligocene I'm going to have a nice evolution of the horse thing going through my dioramas haha

The Imaginext Hyracotherium (sorry, no such thing as Eohippus) is a very small figure--about 1" long, so it depends on the diatryma. The Starlux one should work.
But Hyracotherium may not actually be a horse ancestor--it may be a palaeothere (does that matter?).

Basically I asking if the starlux eohippus (thats what they call it I believe) would work as a Mesohippus. I'm starting to really gravitate to the imaginext hyracotherium it has more of an arched back and will really play up the hugeness of the Diatryma.

I didn't know Imaginext made an Eohippus... Couple different colours, actually! They came with some of the early dinosaurs from the first line.

And when was this line released? Based on where I was living at the time, about 5-7 years ago.
