My newest drawing is yet again, another Tyrannosaurus. Trust me, this is the last one. I'll try something new next time. ;D Anyway, it is in a running posture. It is a younger Tyrannosaurus might I add.

I like it. Although the body looks a lil too short.

It's interesting to see how different people construct a drawing, looks nice! Can't wait to see the finished piece

A good start. I like this pose better than the last one.
The only thing I would question is the lacrimal 'horn'. It seems to me that the post-orbital is generally higher in Tyrannosaurus. Though this may have varied with age. In Jane the lacrimal horn is large and forward pointed, almost like that of Gorgosaurus.

Alright, I haven't had much time to draw, but here is the updated Rex- Notice I'm reluctant on how to make my head and arms. ;D The spikes aren't finished, but I started on them.. The foot is temporary...I'm going to make it look better too.

Instead of huge, big, thick lines, try to use smaller, thinner lines. And for the small part of the top of the tail that we see, instead of having it be a line, try to make it a bunch of small horizontal lines instead. ;D

Why the spikes?

Thanks.
Tyrannosaurus could bend its tail to some degree. Maybe not quite as much as in the drawing, but it certainly wasn't as stiff as Dromeosaurs.
I was running out of space anyway.. ;D
The spikes make it look cool. ;D

If it is a juvenile, maybe it's tail could bend more than the adults.

I had no idea you visited Tyrannosaurs to study their behavior. Tell me...how were they? ;D

Judging from the bones, we know that if dinosaurs bent their tails too much, the ligaments and bones would tare ;D
