Brad and Sbell. Anyone can write a blog - In fact, I'd be delighted if you would write a blog.
If you are interested, just PM me the text and pic links and I'll post it on your behalf. You will be credited and if it becomes a frequent occurrence (as in the case with Tomhet and Emp) then I will cut out the middleman and make you a blog author on wordpress so you can write and edit entries directly.
cheers!

One thing he leaves out--how does it stand? It appears to have a three-point stance (legs & one arm) but I want to know for sure.

The WS raptor does indeed have a three-point stance.

Ok, the no feathers I can maybe get. Especially considering they probably made the sculpt before solid proof was found last year of feathers at least on the arms. But in 2008 there is no excuse whatsoever for getting the hands wrong. If they have science consultants, which I doubt, they clearly don't know their stuff.
This thing was either designed by a 12 year old, or a decent paleo-artist from the year 1988.

It's still amazing *feels joyful that there are no feathers*

Have no fear. Piltdown corrected the feathers of therizonosaurus now he can do a hand job on velociraptor!

I wouldn't mind picking that up either! Hopefully it will show up at some store. I'd rather not order from the net because of shipping. Despite the problems (not feathered, hands positioned incorrectly) it's still kind of cool.

^ Toybox on W Broadway has many of the new Wild Safari releases, though I'm not sure if they still have raptors on stock (I saw the triceratops there this afternoon)
